CCS Opens New Manufacturing Facility in Frederick, MD
CCS is excited to announce it has officially begun manufacturing operations out of a new 40,000 square foot facility on Monroe Avenue in Frederick, MD.
In May of this year, CCS launched a brand-new Mobile Conveyor line and it quickly made a big splash in warehouses around the country. With over 6 linear miles already sold and plenty more on the way, we needed a new manufacturing facility to match the demand we’re seeing for this new type of conveyor. What a good problem to have!
The new Monroe Facility is a short drive from our headquarters in Frederick. It will run two shifts and employ 100 workers tasked with cranking out as much Mobile Conveyor as possible. The team is happy to have CCS Conveyor manufactured back in Maryland, after several years of our Coleman Plant in Savannah, GA being the primary manufacturing site for CCS. The Coleman Plant will continue manufacturing operations as it has been.
